Schedule

You may enter the exam until half an hour after the exam begins.

For online (Tomax-based) exams: Students must log in to the Tomax system 45 minutes before the exam start time and make sure that their video and audio devices are operating properly. Latecomers will not be granted extra time.

Students eligible for extra time accommodations must verify that the accommodation is updated in the In-Bar system.

Exam conduct

Restroom breaks are permitted accompanied by a proctor, beginning 45 minutes after the start of the exam, until 30 minutes before the end time. Only one restroom break will be permitted in the course of the exam.

In the last half hour of the exam, no restroom break will be permitted for any student, even those eligible for additional time.

Pregnant women who have submitted a medical note to the Office of Student Support and Accessibility are eligible for restroom breaks at any time, and additional time of 25% for each hour of the exam. This addition will not be granted to women who have additional time accommodations for other reasons (learning disabilities, etc.).

Restroom breaks during online exams – students taking their exams at home may not take restroom breaks for exams that are up to two hours long. Pregnant students and students with specific medical problems who cannot meet this requirement, and students eligible for a time extension for exams that exceed two hours and wish to take advantage of that eligibility and also to leave to the restroom during the exam, must take their exams on the Tomax platform on campus-based Bar-Ilan computers. They will then be able to leave to the restrooms during the exam.

After registration, it is recommended that you update your instructor by sending a message via email.

Exams scheduled for 4 PM, will begin at 2 PM in the overlapping exam classroom.

Exams scheduled for 6 PM, will begin at 4 PM.

Students who change their mind and wish to take one exam only, may only leave the room starting from one half hour after the official start time of the exam.

For online exams, students may not take overlapping exams scheduled for the same date and time.
