עדכונים בנושא לימודים, בחינות ועוד
סטודנטיות וסטודנטים יקרים,
אנו מקווים שהחג עבר עליכם בטוב ככל האפשר במציאות הביטחונית המאתגרת שלנו. עם החזרה מחופשת החג, אנו מפרטים את ההנחיות לגבי המשך הסמסטר ותקופת המבחנים. אנו ערים לכך שאי היציבות הביטחונית, מקשה מאוד על קיום חיי שגרה, ועושים הכול כדי שתוכלו להמשיך וללמוד ולהתקדם בתואר עם כמה שפחות מחירים.
ההנחיות אינן חלות על הפקולטה לרפואה בצפת. הפקולטה תוציא הנחיות מיוחדות לסטודנטים שלה על הלימודים שם.
א. חזרה ללימודים
בעקבות הפסקת האש והנחיות פיקוד העורף שמתירות חזרה ללימודים מלאים בקמפוס, ולאור העובדה שכל מערכות החינוך חזרו לפעילות רגילה כבר היום, קיבלה הנהלת האוניברסיטה, לאחר התייעצות עם אגודת הסטודנטים, את ההחלטה הבאה, והכול כמובן בכפוף להנחיות של פיקוד העורף ושינויים במצב הביטחוני שלא בשליטתנו:
מחר, יום שישי, כ"ג בניסן (10.4.26), הלימודים יתקיימו בזום, כמתוכנן.
החל מיום ראשון, כ"ה בניסן (12.4.26), ועד סוף השבוע (יום שישי, ל' בניסן, 17.4) הלימודים יחזרו להתקיים בקמפוס ברמת גן באופן פרונטלי. מתוך התחשבות באילוצים שונים שיש עדיין לחלק מהסטודנטים בעקבות המלחמה, לא תהיה חובת נוכחות בשבוע הזה, למעט במעבדות ההוראה שבהן נדרשת נוכחות פיזית. ההרצאות יוקלטו ויועלו לאתרי הקורסים, כפי שהיה עד כה.
החל מיום ראשון, ב' באייר (19.4), ועד יום רביעי, י"ב באייר (29.4) תהיה הפסקת לימודים, כדי לאפשר לכם, הסטודנטיות והסטודנטים, להקדיש את עצמכם ללמוד למרבית מועדי הב' של סמסטר א', שנדחו עקב המלחמה.
ביום חמישי, י"ג באייר (30.4) נחזור ללימודים בקמפוס עד סוף הסמסטר, כמובן בכפוף להנחיות פיקוד העורף.
המחלקות תוכלנה לבצע התאמות במתווה הזה באופן פרטני בהתאם לצורך.
ב. השלמת בחינות
הבחינות של סמסטר א' (מועדי ב') שנדחו בשל המלחמה יתקיימו החל מיום חמישי הבא, כ"ט בניסן (16.4.26). השאיפה תהיה לקיים את רובן, אם לא את כולן, עד החזרה ללימודים ביום חמישי, י"ג באייר (30.4).
לוח הבחינות שפורסם ביחס למועדי הבחינות של התאריכים 16.4 ועד ה-20.4 עומד בעינו ומשקף נכונה את הבחינות שייערכו בתאריכים הללו. לגבי הבחינות שלאחר מכן (החל מ-23.4), המועדים יתפרסמו בימים הקרובים.
מובן שביום הזיכרון לחללי צה"ל וביום העצמאות (ד'-ה' באייר, 22-21 באפריל) לא יתקיימו לימודים או בחינות.
הסבר של המתווה:
לאור העובדה שהוכרז על הפסקת אש של שבועיים, אנו רוצים להזדרז ולקיים בהקדם האפשרי את הבחינות של סמסטר א' שבוטלו, כדי שהסטודנטים והסטודנטיות שצריכים לגשת לבחינות הללו יוכלו "לנקות את הראש", לשים את הבחינות מאחוריהם, ולהתפנות ללימודים של סמסטר ב'.
כמו שהבטחנו, אנו נותנים הודעה של שבוע מראש על קיום הבחינות. כמו כן, וכמו שהבטחנו, תהיה הפסקת לימודים של שבוע וחצי, כדי לאפשר לכם להקדיש את עצמכם לבחינות בראש שקט.
לצערנו, לא נוכל לקיים הפסקת לימודים בתאריכים 16-17.4, שכן בוטלו יותר מדי ימי חמישי ושישי בסמסטר ב', ולא תהיה שום דרך סבירה להספיק את החומר הדרוש בקורסים שמתקיימים בימים אלה אם נבטל לימודים גם בימים הנ"ל. |
להזכירכם, בפתיחת המלחמה נאלצנו לדחות את תחילת הלימודים מיום חמישי ליום ראשון שאחריו (ה-15.3), וכך התבטלו עוד מפגשים מהקורסים הללו.
שקלנו אם להאריך את הסמסטר בעוד מספר ימים לתוך הקיץ, אבל תוך התחשבות בכם ובלוח הבחינות של סמסטר ב' שכבר נקבע, החלטנו שלא לנקוט בדרך זו. אנו חיים בתקופה קשה ובלתי צפויה וצריכים לבחור את הפתרון הסביר ביותר בתוך מערכת האילוצים הקיימת. יחד עם זאת, ניתנה הנחיה למחלקות ולמרצים לגלות גמישות כלפי סטודנטים עם בעיות מיוחדות, ובמקרים מוצדקים ניתן יהיה לפנות למדור סטטוס ולבקש מועד ג'. כמו כן, יש לזכור שלא תהיה חובת נוכחות בשבוע הראשון, כך שמי שצריך לגשת לבחינות ביום חמישי או שישי, יוכל להיעדר ולהשלים באמצעות ההקלטות.

With the return from the Passover break, below are the guidelines pertaining to the remainder of the semester and the exam period. We are aware that the uncertain security situation makes routine difficult, and we are doing everything possible so that you can continue with your degree with minimal harm.
Back to studies
Home Front Command guidelines allow for the return to a regular schedule on campus due to the cease fire, and the school system has returned to its regular schedule today. Bar-Ilan University administration has therefore taken the following decisions, after consultation with the Student Union, and in keeping with Home Front Command guidelines, of course, and subject to potential changes in the security situation that are beyond our control:
Tomorrow, Friday, April 10, 2026, classes will be held on Zoom, as scheduled.
Beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026, and through the end of the week (Friday, April 17), we will return to the Ramat Gan campus for classroom-based instruction. Out of consideration for special circumstances due to the war of some of our students, attendance during that week will not be mandatory, with the exception of instructional labs where physical presence is required. Lectures will be recorded and uploaded to the course websites, as has been the case until now.
Beginning Sunday, April 19, and through April 29, there will be a break, so that you may prepare for most of the Moed Bet exams of the fall semester which have been postponed due to the war.
On Thursday, April 30, we will resume on-campus studies through the end of the semester, subject of course to Home Front Command guidelines.
Departments are authorized to make individual adjustments as needed.
Missed exams
The exams of the fall semester (Moed Bet) that were postponed due to the war will be held beginning next Thursday (April 16, 2026). The aim is to try to hold most if not all of them prior to the resumption of studies on April 30.
The exam schedule published with regard to the exams in the April 16-April 20 period is still valid and accurately reflects the exams to be held in that window. Dates for exams to be held at a later time (beginning April 23) will be published in the next few days.
On Memorial Day for Fallen Soldiers and Independence Day (April 21-22), no classes nor exams will be held, of course.
Explanation of the policy:
Given that a two-week cease fire has been declared, we would like to hold the deferred fall semester exams as quickly as possible, so that students could “clean their plate”, put their exams behind them and focus on moving ahead with their spring semester studies.
As we promised, we are giving one-week advanced notice of the exam period. Furthermore, as we also promised, there will be a one-and-a-half-week study break, to allow you to focus on exam preparation. Unfortunately, we cannot hold the study break on April 16-17, since there have been too many cancellations of Thursday and Friday classes in the spring semester, and there would be no reasonable way to make up the necessary material for courses held on those days if we were to cancel studies on those days. If you recall, at the start of the war we postponed the start of the semester from Thursday to the following Sunday (March 15), so courses held on those days were cancelled. We considered extending the semester by several more days into the summer, but in consideration for you and the spring semester exam schedule that has already been set, we chose not to exercise that option. We are living in challenging and unpredictable times, and we must choose the most reasonable solutions within the constraints of the current circumstances. However, we have instructed the departments and the instructors to exhibit flexibility toward students with special circumstances, and when justified, it will be possible to request Moed Gimmel from the Status Office. Also, keep in mind that attendance is not required in the first week, so those who need to take exams on Thursday or Friday may skip class and make up the lessons through the recordings.
