Final grade point average calculation
The final grade point average is calculated by multiplying the number of weighted hours (credits) for each course and the grade obtained by the student for that course. The products are summed together and the outcome is divided by the total number of weighted hours (credits) for all courses.
A grade of 60 or higher must be obtained for all courses (other than those whose passing grade is above 60), including courses in basic Jewish studies, English courses (for non-majors[יב1] [TF2] ), Hebrew expository writing and general courses.
Please note that it is the latest grade that counts and appears on the official transcript.
Policy details are available on the Exam Office website[יב3] [TF4] .
