Exam information on the In-Bar portal
The following information about exams is available on In-Bar:
- Exam schedule – You can see your exam schedule and exam format (classroom-based / online) for your registered courses.
- Exam booklets – Booklets are scanned after grading and after grades have been posted. In most cases, you may view your exam booklet via In-Bar. The booklet is available for three months from the exam date.
- Note: Scratch paper booklets are neither scanned nor retained. Multiple choice tests are not scanned either.
- Grades – You can view the grades of your assignments on the Exams and grades menu > List of grades
- Appeals – You may appeal your grade up to seven days from receipt of your grade, using the button for submitting an appeal.
- Registration for online exams in the lab – For exams taking place remotely, you may submit a request to take the exam on campus computers in a computer lab. Time frames for submitting such a request are as follows:
For Moed Aleph – You may register as early as 30 days prior to the exam and no later than 14 days prior to the exam.
For Moed Bet – You may register as early as 14 days prior to the exam and no later than 7 days prior to the exam. - Registration for grade improvement in Moed Bet – Register in In-Bar in the column labeled ‘register for exam period’.
