During exams the hotline is available at the following times:
Sun.-Thurs. between 8 AM and 7 PM; Fri. between 10 AM and 12 Noon.
On those Fridays on which no exams are held, the support center will be closed.
During the semester itself, the support center will open one hour before the start of the exam.
