הודעה לנבחנים בבחינות מקוונות במערכת תומקס Announcement to examinees taking online Tomax-based exams

סטודנטיות וסטודנטים יקרים,

החל מתאריך 22 בינואר 2023, הבחינות במערכת תומקס ייערכו בשילוב אפליקציה שעליכם להוריד לטלפון הנייד שלכם.

האפליקציה משמשת כמצלמה נוספת ומייתרת את הצורך להתחבר לחדרי זום.

חובה עליכם לבצע את בחינת התנסות עם האפליקציה של תומקס כשבוע ימים לפני מועד הבחינה הראשון.

להלן מידע נרחב לביצוע בחינת ההתנסות ודרישות טכניות לביצוע הבחינות.

מוקד התמיכה הטכנית של מדור בחינות ייפתח לשירותכם בשבוע הבא בימים א' – ה' בשעות 09:00 -17:00.

מתכונת הבחינה (מקוון או פרונטלי) מופיעה בלוח הבחינות באינ-בר.

סטודנטים המעוניינים להיבחן במעבדת מחשבים בקמפוס צריכים להירשם דרך האינ-בר תחת בחינות וציונים > רישום לבחינה בקמפוס.

כפתור הרישום למעבדה מופיע במועדי א' החל מ-30 ימים לפני מועד הבחינה ועד 14 ימים לפני המועד.

במועדי ב' החל מ-14 ימים לפני מועד הבחינה ועד 7 ימים לפני המועד.

Announcement to examinees taking online Tomax-based exams:

Beginning January 22, 2023, Tomax-based exams will require integration of an application that must be downloaded to your cellphone.

The app serves as an additional camera, which makes the need for connecting to a Zoom room unnecessary.

You must take the trial exam with the Tomax application about a week before your first exam.

Below is a link to detailed information on carrying out the trial exam and the technical requirements for online exams.

The technical support hotline of the Exam Office will be available to you beginning next week, Sun.-Thurs. between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Exam format (online or classroom-based) appears in the exam schedule on the In-Bar portal.

Students wishing to take their exams in the computer labs on campus must register through In-Bar under Exams and grades > Registration for campus exam

The button to registration for the lab will appear for Moed Aleph beginning 30 days prior to the exam date until 14 days prior to the exam date.

For Moed Bet, it will be available beginning 14 days prior to the exam date until 7 days prior to the exam date.
