מועד ג' לזכאים בגין קורונה/בידוד - סמסטר ב' תשפ"ב

להלן הנחיות לסמסטר ב' תשפ"ב לזכאים למועד ג' בגין קורונה/בידוד:

  1. סטודנט שחלה בקורונה או היה בבידוד באחד ממועדי הבחינה א' או ב' זכאי למועד ג' וזאת בתנאי שמימש את זכאותו להבחן באחד ממועדי הבחינה הנ"ל. אם נעדר ממועד א' בגין חולי קורונה/בידוד ובמועד ב' נעדר מהבחינה ללא סיבה מוצדקת עפ"י התקנון או ההיפך, לא יהיה זכאי למועד ג'.
  1. לכל סטודנט שהוא/היא הורה לילד עד כיתה ו' (מגיל לידה עד כיתה ו') תינתן הזכות למועד בחינה נוסף על כל מועד בחינה שהתקיימה בתקופה שבה נאלץ לשמור על ילדו שהיה מאומת עם קורונה או בבידוד המחויב על-פי החוק, ובלבד שלא ייגש ליותר מ-2 מועדי בחינה בכל קורס.
  1. יש לצרף לבקשה מסמך רפואי רשמי מקופת החולים המעיד על חולי בקורונה הכולל תאריכי התחלה וסיום של תקופת הבידוד. לא ניתן יהיה לטפל בבקשות ללא מסמך רופא המעיד על חולי בקורונה הכולל תאריכים של תקופת הבידוד ובדיקת קורונה מוסדית חיובית.
    הורים לילדים קטנים נדרשים להמציא גם ספח ת"ז עם שם הילד/ה והצהרה שנדרש להשגיח עליו/ה בתקופת הבידוד.
  1. את הבקשות למועד ג' יש להעביר עד שבועיים מיום פרסום ציוני הבחינות של מועדי ב' עד לתאריך  20.10.22 דרך פניה מנהלית באינבר(למעט תלמידי משפטים, הנדסה ומדעי המחשב הפונים בבקשה למזכירות המחלקה). מועדי הבחינות יתקיימו בתחילת שנה"ל תשפ"ג.

Dear Students,

 

Below are the procedures for  those eligible for Moed Gimmel (special exam period) due to Covid-19 or quarantine for the 2021-22 spring semester:

1. Students who were Covid-19-positive or quarantined in one of the exam periods (Aleph or Bet) are eligible for Moed Gimmel, provided they exercised their right to take an exam in one of those first two exam periods.

 

             Students who missed Moed Aleph due to Covid-19 or quarantine and missed Moed Bet with no justifiable reason as per policy, or conversely, are not eligible for Moed Gimmel.

 

  1. Every student who is a parent to a child up to the 6th grade (from birth through 6th grade) will be granted the right to an additional exam period for each exam period during which they had to
    watch a child who either had Covid-19 or was quarantined by law, but not to exceed taking their final exam more than two times for each course.

 

  1. Official medical documentation from the HMO attesting to Covid-19 including start and end date of the isolation period must be included. Requests without proper medical documents indicating the dates of isolation and an institutional positive Covid-19 test, will not be addressed. Parents of young children must also include their ID card stub indicating the child’s name and a declaration that they were required to watch them during their isolation period.

 

  1. The request for Moed Gimmel must be submitted within two weeks of the date Moed Bet grades are published, until October 20, 2022, using the In-Bar request form (with the exception of law, engineering and computer science students who must contact their department office directly). Exam dates will be held at the beginning of the 2022-23 academic year.
