Change period for 2022-23 spring semester courses

The schedule change window for spring semester courses of the 2022-23 academic year for all students will begin on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 (opening up gradually during the first two days), and will continue until Thursday, March 23, 2023.

Students registering online will be assigned a start time for entering the system, from which point the course registration system in the In-Bar portal will be open for changes.

The individual student windows for online registration will open up gradually during the first two days of the change period (you can see your own personal schedule in the In-Bar portal*) and will then remain open continuously until the last day of the change period, Thursday, March 23, 2023, at midnight.

The course registration system is not available on Fridays and Shabbat.

 *The time windows will be announced on Sunday, February 26, 2023, from 4 PM.

Students who do not register online, may contact their departments on those dates with a request to carry out scheduling changes, via administrator registration policy / PhD registration and PhD background completion policy (Clause 4 and onward).

Keep in mind:

Changes may be made to spring semester courses only.

Changes to year-long or fall semester courses will not be possible.

After this period the system will be closed and no further changes can be made.

For every course in which you are registered after the close of the change window, you will be charged full tuition, whether or not you actually take the course.
